Sushi Hub Sydney Central

I always use it when I come to this area. I usually buy sushi from the takeout section. The other day, I asked the store staff if this take-out sushi had an expiration date. The clerk told me that it would take about 4 hours. It was 1:30 pm when I visited the restaurant, and I wanted to eat it for dinner, so I returned around 3:30 pm. (I thought they were making new sushi) However, the sushi in the take-out corner was the same as when I came earlier. This takeout corner does not have a refrigeration function, so the sushi is kept at room temperature for hours. Be careful if you plan to eat it after a few hours.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have been a loyal customer of Sushi Hub for years, but after my last visit to their Central station branch, I will never go back there again. The service was atrocious, the food was disgusting, and the atmosphere was unbearable. The girl who served me was so rude and unprofessional. She acted like she didn't want to be there or even take my order. She ignored my questions about the food and dropped the soy sauce on the table with anger. She gave me old sushi from the belt when I explicitly asked for fresh ones. I got a stomach-ache from eating their stale and low-quality sushi. My stomach is sensitive and I can't tolerate such poor hygiene standards. The staff were speaking in loud Chinese among themselves and I had no problem with that, but they were screaming near my table and disturbing my meal. It was very disrespectful and annoying. This is a restaurant, not a fish market. They should have some manners and respect for their customers. This was the worst sushi experience I have ever had. I wasted my money and time on this horrible place. I don't recommend it to anyone. Sushi Hub Central has lost a loyal customer and gained a bad reputation. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This is my favourite sushi hub store - it offers takeaway which is always busy even at breakfast time as soon as they open! as well as a sushi train to dine in and eat at leisure inside. There was a huge variety of items available & the kitchen is busy making more as the turnover is so high which means the sushi is always fresh and have not been sitting around. Everything tasted fresh & well made including the sashimi. you can order off the menu and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Scallop & salmon were both super tasty & lightly torched & surprisingly the vegetable & prawn tempura which was very tasty. All the ships were all nice and very creamy, and I loved the tofu parcels which had flavoured brown rice inside. Never any boring bits in their sushi as even the rice are tasty and flavoursome with a good bite to it. if your dining in, pair it with a tea or beer which both go so well. a fabulous place for dining in or takeaway.
